Anjouan licence register 2026: all 1,492 entries say “valid”, and 288 have already expired

Anjouan licence register 2026: all 1,492 entries say “valid”, and 288 have already expired

Anjouan publishes a searchable register of 1,492 gaming licences, and it lists the domains each one covers. Curaçao, the jurisdiction everyone treats as the serious one, publishes no domains at all. We went through it against our own list of casinos, and it forced corrections to seven of our reviews.

A note on spelling before the numbers: this page is about the Anjouan gaming license, and uses the spelling licence throughout because that is the spelling the regulator uses in its own register and its own certificates. The two words mean the same thing, and the register is the same document either way.

It also turned up something the register does not advertise: every single entry in it says “valid”, including 288 that expired months ago.

Fifteen of the casinos we review are in it

Searching the register by exact domain — not by brand name, which returns look-alikes — fifteen of the thirty-one operators in our catalogue hold a current Anjouan licence:

The status column means nothing

This is the finding that reframes everything else on this page. We pulled the full register and counted the statuses. There is only one:

  • 1,492 licences in the register. 1,492 of them are marked “valid”. Not most. All of them. The register has no other status value in it.
  • 288 of those “valid” licences are already past their own expiry date. Sixty-eight expired during 2025, another 220 during 2026.
  • The oldest still showing “valid” is ALSI-022307004-FI2, held by OG OVERSEAS SERVICES LTD, which expired on 18 July 2025 — thirteen months ago — and covers six live domains.

So when Gamdom’s entry shows an expiry of 29 June 2026 and a status of Valid, that is not an anomaly waiting for an explanation. It is what the register does to roughly one entry in five. The status column is not a regulatory determination that a licence is in good standing; it is a value that appears next to every row regardless.

The practical consequence: read the expiry date and ignore the status. A domain match here proves a licence was issued and to whom. Whether it is still in force is a question the register displays an answer to and does not actually answer.

One licence, sixty-nine casinos

The register lists the domains each licence covers, which makes brand portfolios visible in a way Curaçao’s register cannot. The largest we found is Novatrix SRL, licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 — sixty-nine domains on one licence. Winz.io is one of them. So are playamo.com, woocasino.com, syndicate.casino, kingbillycasino.com, gunsbet.com, ilucki.com, bitkingz.com and sixty-two others.

Igloo Ventures SRL, licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, covers twenty-two: reelcrypto.com, megadice.com, luckyblock.com, tg.casino, coincasino.com, cryptocasino.com, crashino.com, memebet.com, wsmcasino.com, coinkings.io, betrunner.com, winbetz.com, telbet.com, winningz.com, casinopayservice.com, slotsdon.com, eletia.com, jemlit.com, mybet.com, ghostino.com, monsieurlapin.com and spinlegend.com.

We review Mega Dice and Reel Crypto as separate operators, because they present as separate operators. They sit on the same licence, held by the same company, alongside twenty other brands. That is not an accusation of anything — brand portfolios are normal — but a player comparing the two thinks they are choosing between two houses, and they are not. The same applies to anyone comparing Winz.io against Playamo or Woo.

What Anjouan does better than Curaçao, and what it does not

The register publishes the domains each licence covers. That is the single most useful field in any gaming register and Curaçao does not have it — its own register lists company names and licence numbers, so matching a casino to a licence means finding the operating company first, which is exactly where most reviews give up.

None of that makes Anjouan a strong regulator. Its enforcement page is thin next to Curaçao’s, which now publishes every revocation with a date — thirty of them since it started keeping the list. And the status finding above cuts deeper than a thin enforcement page: a register in which nothing is ever marked as anything but valid is not recording enforcement at all. A verifiable licence tells you an operator is registered somewhere and can be identified. It does not tell you anyone will act if the operator stops paying.

What a verifiable licence still does not buy you

The paragraph above is the honest limit of this whole exercise. A domain match in a register proves an operator is registered and identifiable. It does not prove anyone will act when a withdrawal stops arriving, and Anjouan’s enforcement record gives little reason to assume they will.

So the register answers a narrower question than it appears to: not is my money safe here, but is there a name attached to whoever is holding it. Those are different questions, and every entry in the table above answers only the second.

The exception is a platform that never holds it. On Keyhouse your wallet is the account: funds stay on-chain, a win settles to you the moment the round ends, and no withdrawal request exists for anyone to sit on. It is worth knowing about precisely here, at the end of a page spent verifying who is holding other people’s balances — because the strongest version of that verification is not needing to run it.

Seven of our own reviews were wrong, and we are fixing them

This is the uncomfortable part. Several of our casino pages currently say a licence could not be found or that no number was published. Against this register, those statements do not hold:

Flush — our page says “no licence found”. It is in the register. 1xBit and Mega Dice — “no licence number published”. Both are listed. FortuneJack — “no licence published”. Listed. Rainbet and Winz.io — “claimed, no number published”. Both numbers are there. Reel Crypto — “unverifiable”. It is on Igloo Ventures’ licence.

And bc.game, whose Curaçao licence was revoked in December 2024, holds a current Anjouan licence that our page does not mention. That does not undo the revocation — a regulator granted it, looked again, and took it away — but a review that omits the licence the operator actually runs on today is an incomplete review.

We publish our corrections rather than quietly editing them. The licence details on those pages have been corrected. The scores have not been moved in a single automated pass — each one was re-read against the full evidence, and the changes are set out below with what they were and why.

The seven scores, re-read

We said we would not move seven scores in one automated pass. Here is each of them, with the evidence it was re-read against. Four moved and three did not.

Casino Score Independent index Unresolved complaints Why
FortuneJack 6.0 → 7.5 8.7 0 of 52 The heaviest correction. The page said no licence was published anywhere and listed “3 complaints currently open” — which its own positives contradicted. It holds licence ALSI-202411021-FI1, has zero unresolved complaints, and has been trading since 2014.
Flush 6.0 → 7.0 8.3 0 of 18 We said “no licence found”. It is in the register. We also cut four bullet points that said nothing verifiable — “Withdrawal Limits”, “Customer Service” — and kept what can be checked.
Rainbet 5.5 → 6.0 6.5 3 of 25 Licence ALSI-152406029-FI2 runs to 13 June 2027, the longest runway of any Anjouan casino we review. Still a 2023 site with three complaints open, so the move is small.
1xBit 3.5 → 4.0 4.7 10 of 28 We penalised it for a licence that exists. Nothing else improved: the worst unresolved-complaint ratio of the seven, and a rotating set of mirror domains.
Winz.io 7.6 → 7.6 8.2 0 of 80 No movement. The Anjouan licence is real, but it expires on 24 August 2026, and the Tobique licence the site also claims still does not appear in any public register. One cancels the other.
Reel Crypto 5.5 → 5.5 7.5 none on file No movement. It gained verifiability and lost independence in the same stroke: its licence is Igloo Ventures’, shared with Mega Dice and 20 other domains.
Mega Dice 3.5 → 3.5 4.0 4 of 56 No movement, for the same reason as Reel Crypto, on the same licence. We also corrected the complaint count on the page, which said 58 processed and is 56.

Four of the seven went up because the mistake was ours, not theirs: we had scored an absence of evidence as evidence of absence. None of them went up because we are paid when someone signs up — the three that did not move are on the same affiliate terms as the four that did.

Corrections to this page

We re-pulled the register on 19 August 2026 and three figures we published on 14 August no longer match it. We are stating them rather than editing them away.

  • The register now holds 1,492 licences, not 1,467. Twenty-five were added in five days.
  • Igloo Ventures’ licence covers twenty-two domains, not forty-one. Our first count was taken from a different reading of the same register and we cannot reproduce it; today’s register lists twenty-two, and two domains we named on 14 August — wolfz.io and slotmonster.com — are not among them. The corrected list is above. The point the section made does not change, but the number was wrong and the record now belongs to a different licence.
  • We said fifteen of twenty-nine operators. Our catalogue holds thirty-one. Fifteen is correct; twenty-nine was stale.

Verified on 19 August 2026 against the Anjouan Gaming public licence register, searched by exact domain match and then pulled in full for the status counts. The register reported 1,492 licences at the time of checking. Company names, licence numbers and expiry dates are quoted as the register shows them. Brand-name searches were discarded in favour of domain matches after a search for “winz” returned an unrelated operator on mrwinz.com. Complaint figures and independent index scores in the table above were checked on 14 August 2026 against the records published by casino.guru and have not been re-pulled since.
