Curaçao has stripped thirty online gaming licences since it began keeping a public enforcement register. Two of them happened before 2025. The rest arrived in a nineteen-month burst that is still going, and almost nobody outside the industry has looked at the list.
We downloaded it this morning. Here is what it says.

The curve
The register held by the Curaçao Gaming Authority contains 31 entries: thirty licences revoked and one allowed to lapse. Sorted by the date each action took effect:
| Period | Licences pulled |
|---|---|
| All of 2024 | 2 |
| All of 2025 | 21 |
| 2026, to 10 July | 8 |
A regulator that removed two licences in a year now removes roughly two a month. Whatever else the Curaçao reform did, it produced an enforcement body that acts.
The day ten licences went at once
The single largest action in the register is dated 25 November 2025, when ten licences were revoked on the same day: K SoftWorks, Finbourn, Cristal Games, Right5 Online, CW Technologies, Napoleon Entertainment, CPL Consulting, Rozairo, Redcoin and Sunrise Worldwide Solution.
The register does not say why. It states plainly that it “currently focuses solely on actions that affect the status of a license” and warns that it “may not always be fully accurate or up to date”. Ten on one date is not a coincidence, but the reason is not published, and we are not going to invent one.
Three more went together on 12 September 2025, and two apiece on 5 March and 9 July 2026.
The bc.game entry that was reported gone, and is not
In September 2025 several outlets reported that the regulator had quietly removed BC.Game’s holding company from its public list of cancelled licences, alongside Rabidi N.V. The story was read as a sign the operator might be returning to the jurisdiction.
Both entries are in the register we downloaded today. Reading straight from it:
OGL/2023/118/0060 — Small House B.V. — company registration 164979 — effective 6 December 2024 — Revoked.
OGL/2023/103/0067 — Rabidi N.V. — company registration 151791 — effective 11 June 2024 — Revoked.
Those are entries 31 and 30, the two oldest actions on the list. The register is dated 10 July 2026. Neither company appears in the current register of live licences, dated 6 August 2026.
We cannot say whether the names were removed last year and later restored, or whether the original reports described a different list. What we can say is what the primary source says today, which is that both revocations stand.
Why a player should care about a PDF
Because it is the only place where a licence claim can be checked against something other than the operator’s own footer.
A casino that displays a Curaçao seal is making a claim with a number attached. That number either appears in the register of live licences or it does not, and if it appears in the enforcement register instead, the operator is advertising something it no longer holds. A revoked licence is worse than no licence at all: it means a regulator looked at this company, granted it permission, went back, and took it away.
The check takes two minutes. The registers are published as PDFs, they are linked from the authority’s own site, and they carry the date they were last updated. If a review quotes a licence number without saying it was verified there, it has not been verified.
It is also why we hold the enforcement register alongside the licence register when we score an operator, and why our rating for bc.game sits where it does.
Verified on 14 August 2026 against the Curaçao Gaming Authority enforcement register dated 10 July 2026 and its register of online gaming licences dated 6 August 2026, both downloaded from the authority’s public register page. Counts by year were tallied from the effective dates in the enforcement register. We do not publish a breakdown of licence statuses from the larger register: two separate extractions of that PDF disagreed, and we would rather leave a gap than print a figure we cannot stand behind.
Related: Anjouan publishes its register with the domains each licence covers, which is how we matched fifteen of the casinos we review to a licence number.
