CoinPoker is the only site in this comparison whose main product is poker rather than slots, and that changes the arithmetic in a way worth understanding before you compare it with the rest.

Who runs it, and under what

CoinPoker's own terms state that the site is "owned and operated by Precise Interactive Inc", registration number 15577135, and that it is "licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros" under Licence No. ALSI-202412004-FI1.

Publishing both the company and the full licence number puts CoinPoker ahead of Winz.io, MyStake and Rainbet, which each claim a licence without a checkable number. What an Anjouan licence buys you is still limited: it is the lightest jurisdiction in use, and while it now requires a designated dispute-resolution body, honouring a ruling depends largely on the operator's willingness.

Poker changes where the money goes

In slots you play against the house and the house edge is fixed against you. In poker you play against other players and the site takes rake. That means a skilled player can be profitable at CoinPoker in a way that is mathematically impossible at a slots casino — and it also means most of the money you lose goes to better players, not to the operator.
