Mega Dice was one of the first casinos built around Telegram, which is a genuinely clever piece of product design: you play inside a chat app with a wallet, and there is almost no signup friction. Everything else about it is harder to recommend.

No licence we could verify

The operating company, per Casino.guru, is Igloo Ventures SRL. We found no published licence number, and Igloo Ventures SRL does not appear in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register updated 6 August 2026. The SRL suffix points to Costa Rica, where companies incorporate but no gambling regulator supervises them.

So there is no register entry, no complaints body with jurisdiction and no licence that could be suspended if the site stopped paying.

The record, on a two-year-old site

Casino.guru rates the Safety Index 4.0 out of 10, in its "bad" band, with 15 resolved, 37 rejected, 2 open and 4 unresolved complaints out of 58.

Fifty-eight disputes in two years is a high rate, and four of them are outstanding. For comparison, Cloudbet has generated 37 complaints in twelve years with none unresolved. Mega Dice's numbers are the profile of a young site growing faster than its support function.

The Telegram angle, and the token

Playing inside Telegram removes signup friction, and that cuts both ways: the same thing that makes it easy to start makes it easy to keep going without the pause a normal login gives you. Mega Dice also markets its own token alongside the casino. Treat that as a separate speculative position with its own risk, not as part of the gambling product.

Below 4, which triggers a warning on this page. The product is inventive; the safety picture is not. No verifiable licence, four outstanding disputes and two years of history is not a combination we will recommend, however good the interface is.
