Until today this site presented BC.Game as holding a Curaçao licence under registration number 164979. That number belongs to a licence the regulator revoked on 6 December 2024. We checked it in two separate places published by the regulator itself, and both say the same thing.
The licence is revoked, and it is on the record
The enforcement register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority, last updated 10 July 2026, contains this line:
OGL/2023/118/0060 — Small House B.V. — company registration 164979 — effective from 6 December 2024 — Revoked.
And the register of current online gaming licences dated 6 August 2026, which lists 660 licences, does not contain Small House B.V. at all. Two independent checks, one conclusion: the company operating BC.Game holds no Curaçao licence today.
It is worth being precise about why this weighs more than having no licence in the first place. When a casino never publishes one, it may simply never have applied. A revocation means a regulator granted it, then looked, then took it back. It is the one case where an authority has issued an explicit judgement on the operator, and the judgement went against it.
And yet the payout record is decent
Here is the tension in this review, and we are writing all of it because that is the honest thing to do. The independent Casino.guru database has processed 688 complaints against BC.Game: 149 resolved, 533 rejected and 6 unresolved. Safety index: 6.9 out of 10.
Six unresolved out of 688 is a low ratio, and 149 resolved in the player's favour is far more than most casinos in this comparison manage. The column that actually matters — complaints where the casino stops taking part — is reasonably clean for the volume it handles.
Put plainly: the paperwork is the worst it can be and the behaviour is not bad. It is the mirror image of Shuffle.com, which has its licence in order and a far worse dispute record.
What that means for you in practice
An operator that will probably pay you is not the same as having somewhere to go when it doesn't. With no current licence there is no regulator to file with, and no licence left to withdraw as leverage — it has already been withdrawn. Your only route is voluntary mediation through third parties like Casino.guru, which works because the casino wants it to work, not because it is obliged.
If you play here, withdraw often and do not let a balance build up on the platform.
The product, which is genuinely big
None of the above changes the fact that BC.Game runs one of the fullest catalogues in the sector: thousands of slots, a live dealer floor, a sportsbook, its own crash and dice games, and support for dozens of cryptocurrencies alongside an in-house token. If the product were the only criterion, it would sit near the top of this list.
Why 4.5, and why it used to say 9.4
We start from the independent index of 6.9 and take off for the revocation, which is the worst piece of paperwork an operator can carry; the complaint record is what keeps it from falling further. The previous 9.4 was awarded citing number 164979 as if it were a live licence, and it was the number of a revoked one — exactly the mistake this site calls out in other reviews: treating a registration number as a current authorisation. We have corrected it and explained it rather than quietly deleting it.
We take affiliate commission and we say so; what we do not do is move a score because of it. Before playing anywhere, set your limits first: our page on responsible gambling explains how.
Verified on 14 August 2026 against the Curaçao Gaming Authority enforcement register dated 10 July 2026, its register of current online gaming licences dated 6 August 2026, and the independent complaint history on Casino.guru. If the operator obtains a new licence we will update this review and the score.
