The licence number Reel Crypto published belongs to a different company. That is the finding of this review, and it is a specific enough problem that it is worth walking through slowly.
The number is real. The company does not match.
This page previously stated that Reel Crypto is operated by BeSoftware N.V. under "Curaçao, registration number 152924". We checked both in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register of online gaming licences dated 6 August 2026.
The number exists. It reads:
OGL/2024/1100/0505 — Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. — B2C — company registration 152924 — issued 24 June 2025 — expired 24 December 2025 — status assessment in progress.
And BeSoftware N.V. appears nowhere in the register. So one of two things is true: either the operator behind Reel Crypto is not the company this page named, or the registration number it published is not its own. We cannot tell which from the outside, and we are not going to guess — but either way, what was published here could not be verified as written.
Neither company appears in the enforcement register of 10 July 2026, so no revocation is involved.
There is no conduct record at all
Casino.guru lists Reel Crypto with a safety index of 7.5 out of 10 and no complaints of any kind — none resolved, none rejected, none unresolved, none open.
For a site launched in 2023 that is unsurprising, and it is worth being clear about what it means: this is not a clean record, it is an absent one. There is no evidence of good behaviour and none of bad. On a site where the complaint history normally decides the score, there is nothing here to weigh.
The product
Reel Crypto is crypto-only, with slots, live dealer tables and the usual crash and dice originals, and a smaller catalogue than the bigger names here. Nothing about it is objectionable; there is simply little to verify.
Why 5.5, down from 7.4
The previous 7.4 tracked the independent index and took the licence claim at face value. We now start from 7.5 and take off for a licence claim in which the number and the company do not belong together, with no conduct record to offset it. Below 6 the page carries a caution and the casino is no longer marked as recommended.
This is fixable in one email: if Reel Crypto tells us which company actually holds its licence, and it resolves in the CGA register, we will re-check and update the score the same day.
Until then, deposit only what you would be content to lose and read responsible gambling first.
Verified on 14 August 2026 against the Curaçao Gaming Authority register of online gaming licences dated 6 August 2026, its enforcement register dated 10 July 2026, and the independent complaint history on Casino.guru.
