That word matters more than it looks. Most of the well-known crypto casinos sit in the same register with licences that expired months ago and read "assessment in progress" — Stake, Wild.io and Cloudbet among them. Jackbit's does not: it is current, with no expiry date pending. On paperwork alone it is ahead of every bigger name here.

What we could not check: there is no complaint record

Here is the honest gap. Casino.guru has no review of Jackbit at all — searching its slug lands on a different casino entirely — so there is no independent safety index and, more importantly, no public tally of resolved, rejected and unresolved complaints.

That absence is not evidence of good behaviour and it is not evidence of bad behaviour. It is simply no evidence.
