The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, updated 6 August 2026, lists OGL/2023/111/0069, Moon Technologies B.V., B2C, company registration 152185, with status indefinite. It is not in renewal, which puts the paperwork ahead of Cloudbet's, Rollbit's or Thunderpick's.

What we could not do is read that number on Bitcasino's own site — it returned HTTP 403 to our checks, so the licence above comes from the regulator, which is the stronger source anyway.

The rating is the problem
