Rollbit is one of the biggest names in crypto gambling and it has the worst complaint record in this entire comparison. Both statements are true, and if you only read one line of this review, read the next one.

Casino.guru's record for Rollbit is 14 resolved, 49 rejected, 3 open and 42 unresolved out of 108 complaints. Its Safety Index is 4.1 out of 10.

Forty-two unresolved means forty-two disputes where the operator stopped engaging with the process. To put that in context against sites in the same comparison: Cloudbet 0, Roobet 0, Winz.io 0, BetFury 0, MyStake 0 out of 753, and Thunderpick — the only site we scored lower — has 11. Rollbit has nearly four times Thunderpick's figure. This is not a marginal difference in rating methodology. It is a different kind of operator behaviour.

The licence, and its status

Rollbit is operated by Bull Gaming N.V. and it does appear in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register updated 6 August 2026: OGL/2024/1260/0494, B2C, company registration 157086. The same entry records that the licence was issued on 23 November 2025, expired on 23 May 2026, and is marked "assessment in progress".

So the licence is real and it is currently being reassessed. Note what that does and does not give you: Curaçao's framework does provide a complaints route, which makes the 42 unresolved figure harder to explain rather than easier.

Gambling next to leveraged trading

Rollbit puts leveraged crypto trading in the same interface as its casino games, on the same balance. That is worth stating separately from the safety record, because it is a structural risk rather than a service one: leverage can lose more than you staked, and having it one tab away from slot play, funded from the same wallet, removes every natural pause between two different ways of losing money quickly. A verifiable licence keeps this off the floor. Forty-two unresolved disputes keep it near it. We are not saying Rollbit will not pay you — most of its users are presumably paid. We are saying that when it goes wrong, the public record shows it going wrong more often, and staying wrong longer, than at any other site we examined.
