Betpanda

Betpanda launched in 2023 and is marketed hard as a fast, no-KYC crypto casino. The first thing worth knowing is that it has no gambling licence that we could find, and the second is that its domain has changed.

A corporate ID is not a licence

betpanda.io now redirects to betpandacasino.io. Its footer states that the operator is in Costa Rica with "Número de Identificación Corporativa: 3-102-880000". The independent record at Casino.guru names the company as Star Bright Media S.R.L.

That corporate identification number is a company registry entry, not a gambling licence — the same confusion that surrounds Curaçao registration numbers. And it matters more here than it would elsewhere, because Costa Rica has no gambling regulator at all. Companies incorporate there and operate gambling sites from there, but no authority licenses or supervises that activity. There is no register to check, no complaints body with jurisdiction and no licence that can be suspended.

Compare that with Gamdom, also a Costa Rican company, which at least holds and publishes an Anjouan licence number. Betpanda publishes neither.

The record

Casino.guru rates the Safety Index 5.4 out of 10, in its "questionable" band, with 8 resolved, 52 rejected and 3 unresolved complaints out of 63.

Note the shape of that: 52 rejections out of 63 disputes, on a site that has existed for two years. Rejections are usually players caught by a term they did not expect. A young site generating disputes at this rate and winning almost all of them on the rules is telling you where its terms are pointed.

The no-KYC claim

Betpanda is promoted as a no-KYC casino, and bitcoin.com's directory notes that KYC is required for larger withdrawals. That is the usual arrangement and it is worth restating plainly: expect identity checks on the way out, not on the way in. No licence, no regulator behind the jurisdiction of incorporation, a questionable independent rating, three outstanding disputes and two years of history. The product itself works — casino, live tables and sportsbook on one balance — but you would be relying entirely on the operator's goodwill if anything went wrong.
